The Toyota Hilux Vigo's hinged cargo cover is made of 3mm corrugated aluminum, reinforced with closed profiles measuring 40x50mm.

It is equipped with two gas struts that allow for easy opening of the flap and keeping the cover open.

On top of the cover, there are two rails that allow for additional accessories such as a gear rack or roof tent installation. The mounting holes and their spacing allow for the use of a 120x120cm More4x4 roof rack or roof tent.

In the case of additional load on the cover, stronger gas struts should be applied depending on the load. The kit includes springs with a force of 640N.

The cover's specially designed hinge seals without gaps along its entire circumference.

The opening and closing of the cover are done with two adjustable pressure locks.
