The Toyota Hilux Vigo More4x4 hardtop is made of 3 mm thick aluminum and has a self-supporting structure. Its upper edge and strong corner pillars provide a solid foundation for mounting roof racks or roof tents, which is often impossible with composite structures due to their weak strength. To facilitate the installation of racks or roof tents on the hardtop, we have installed rails with mounting holes that allow for easy up and down adjustment with bolt-on elements.
The hardtop has three hinge struts, each operated by lifting elements, and key locks.
Furthermore, the structure is equipped with several hinge gaskets that provide protection against splashing, and the connection point between the hardtop and the vehicle bed is sealed with a 2 mm micro-rubber.
The More4x4 hardtop can be secured to the sides of the Toyota Hilux Vigo pickup using the clamps provided with the product, without the need to drill holes in the vehicle's body.
The product is painted in two layers using powder coating technology.
