The whinch plate is made of 6 mm thick sheet metal. The product is first laser-cut, then bent on a CNC press brake, and the correct shape is obtained during manual finishing. The next stage is anti- corrosion protection consisting in applying a zinc powder primer, and powder coating which gives the bumper its final appearance.
The product is not approved. The set includes all the necessary elements for assembly.
It can be mounted on the chassis behind the car's original bumper. During mounting the bumper has to be taken off, the winch holder can be put on without modifying the chassis. If necessary the hole for the fairlead has to be cut out of the bumper. after this the bumper has to be put back to it's original place. You can only see the fairlead at the front of the car.
