The active ingredient in XADO revitalisers combines with the surface of the metal parts to form a metal ceramic layer, which then becomes an integral part of the part. This new metal-ceramic surface is much harder (XADO CERMET surface Rockwell value 320 (metal = 90; diamond = 420) and smoother than the original metal part, and thus friction will be much lower, resulting in more economical operation and longer life. XADO creates a perfectly smooth surface by filling in the micro-damages in metal parts caused by wear during use, thus restoring the parts to their original geometry.
1 Stage Revitalizer is a third generation formula suitable for the 1-stage treatment of engines. Long-term research has resulted in a new product that incorporates a highly wear-resistant metal-ceramic layer into friction metal surfaces within a shorter mileage (1000 km).
Instructions for use:
For engines with mixture oiling:
1. Fill the tank with the contents of the syringe.
2. Fill up with fuel.
3. start the engine and allow it to idle for 2-3 minutes. At temperatures below 20C° it is recommended to dissolve the contents of the syringe in 20-30 ml of fuel and add it to the tank.
For externally lubricated engines:
1. warm up the engine to operating temperature and then switch it off.
2. Pour the contents of the syringe into the engine oil through the oil inlet.
3. start the engine and idle for 2-3 minutes.
XADO ceramic gel is not an oil additive, it is compatible with any oil and does not affect its viscosity or any of its properties.
