F4x4 Rear bumper for Mercedes G 1979->
The main structure of the bumper is made of 4 mm sheet metal, and the frame mountings are 5 mm thick. The product is first laser-cut, then bent on a CNC press brake, and the correct shape is obtained during manual finishing . The next stage is anti- corrosion protection consisting in applying a zinc powder primer, and powder coating which gives the bumper its final appearance.
This bumper has mounting holes for shackle handles, two holes for the hi-lift jack and holes for mounting the canister and spare wheel. Solid steel constructionallows full use of the bumper in the field.
The bumper definitely improves the comfort of off-road driving, improves safety and gives the car the right character with its appearance .
The set includes all the necessary elements for assembly.
The set does not include additional elements (e.g. shackle handles, lamps, winch slide) that may be visible in the photos. Some features may differ from the bumper shown in the photo.
